Terms and Conditions

Applicants for Dayche Academy courses or learning paths, please note the following points. Final registration in any course signifies acceptance of all conditions outlined below:

Section 1: General Guidelines

🔵 Course Content Access: Access to course content is permanent and available through the user panel on the Dayche website. If video content is updated, you will automatically have access to the latest changes.

🔵 Course Access in Learning Paths: To enhance focus and achieve the learning path’s goals, courses are unlocked sequentially at the end of each one.

🔵 Certification Issuance: Certificates for individual courses are granted based on activities completed, “percentage of content completed,” and other specific requirements for each course.

🔵 Final Path Certificate: Issuance of a final certificate for the comprehensive learning path depends on the completion and certification of all courses within the path.

🔵 Online Classes: Online sessions supplement video content, focusing on reviewing key topics, addressing questions, mentoring, and supporting exercises and projects. While these sessions are typically recorded, recording cannot be guaranteed due to internet instability.

🔵 Non-Attendance Learning Path Support Group: For coordination, a support group will be created on a social media platform for announcements, student introductions, and collaborative interactions. Dayche Academy reserves the right to limit access for participants who disrupt the group environment, though their access to course content and online classes will remain unaffected.

🔵 Course-Specific Support Group: To support academic questions and content-related issues, a dedicated support group on a social media platform will be created for each course. With access to the course instructor and past and future participants, this setup creates a specialized, permanent community for all members.

Section 2: Retraining, Transfers, and Withdrawals

🔵 Free Retraining: All graduates of comprehensive Dayche learning paths are eligible for free retraining. This is a continuous right, enabling students to revisit content, deepen learning, and attend weekly sessions with instructors after successfully completing the path and earning certification.

🔵 Transfer Policy: In line with Dayche’s educational policy, participants of the comprehensive learning path may transfer to future sessions an unlimited number of times. Enrolled students thus retain full access and the option to attend live online sessions in future iterations.

🔵 Profile Retention in Transfers: During transfers, the student profile remains unchanged, and the initial course registration is preserved. All original obligations, such as installment schedules and course content access timelines, remain as initially outlined.

🔵 Transfer Approval Requirements: Approval for transfer and commencement of a new course requires no outstanding financial obligations from previous commitments.

🔵 Withdrawal Within Initial Period: All students have the option to withdraw unconditionally and receive a full refund within the first two weeks of the course’s first session.

🔵 No Refunds After Deadline: After this deadline, with finalization in the financial system, no refunds or partial returns of paid fees are possible.

🔵 Installment Deadlines: Installments are due monthly, beginning approximately one month after the course start date. If payment is not made within seven days of the due date, the user profile will be automatically suspended, and content access will be restricted.

🔵 Inactive Profile After 3 Months: If a participant fails to resolve unpaid fees within three months, their profile will be deactivated, revoking access to all content and eliminating eligibility for transfers and retraining options. To re-enroll in future courses, a new registration will be required.
